A Night in the Garden

Tickets are available for purchase in the CASA office or Lyn's Gracious Goodness.

We are excited to have Lyn's Gracious Goodness on board again along with LeeLee Wiginton, Becca Donovan and all of the folks from Lyn's to help in the planning and providing the delicious food for the evening. Local Huntsville band, .45 Surprise, will have us jamming to their music.  Wonderful raffle prizes have been donated by local stores such as: 202 Couture, Harrison Brothers, Cotton Cottage and many more.

Rows and raised beds in the garden will be available for sponsorship the night of the event.  Rows are $50 and raised beds are $150.  Honor a loved one or name a row for your family for an entire year.   Sponsorship opportunities are available.  Contact Jessica in the CASA office at 256-533-7775 or by email at jessica@casamadisoncty.org.

Build A Ramp for A Senior for the Holidays!

Ramp Building Blitz 2012   3 Days – 3 Ramps How You Can Make A Difference CASA Volunteer and Ramp Team Leader, Ricardo Jaramillo is doing it again!!  He will be leading multiple teams to build 3 ramps in 3 days giving a new-found freedom to the awaiting seniors.   Dates: December 27th – 29th, 2012 What is required: Teams should have 7 members, with at least 3 adults.   Teams will meet at the homes at 9:00am and work until 3:00pm Tools Needed: Hammer Tape Measure Pencil Tool Pouch Painting Clothes Water and Snacks, as desired Skills Desired: Use of a hammer Ability to move/hold lumber Paint Use caulk Use of a sledge hammer

Be inspired by some of the men leading this effort.
